Licensed Massage Therapist, She/Her

Dr. Guifen “Jenny” Cheng’s journey into Complementary and Alternative Medicine (CAM) has its roots in her childhood in China, where she observed her mother, a skilled lay acupuncture practitioner, serving their local community. Her practical experience was enriched by an internship at Providence Hospital’s Cancer Center and Fora Health and Rehab Center.

At Providence Hospital, she specialized in providing acupuncture to alleviate the side effects of chemotherapy and radiation. Alissa Cisco, LMT

Licensed Massage Therapist, She/Her

Alissa is an intuitive massage therapist who believes that our bodies harbor both physical and emotional trauma. Her massage sessions are customized to each person’s unique needs, often starting with activating the parasympathetic nervous system. This promotes relaxation, reduces stress, alleviates anxiety, and helps the body shift away from the “fight or flight” response, fostering holistic healing of the mind, body, and spirit.

Alissa holds a degree from East West College in Portland. She is passionate about alternative healing methods for preventive care, pain management, and holistic well-being. She employs various techniques, including gentle yet deep myofascial release and trigger point therapy. Outside of her practice, Alissa enjoys time with her husband, cats, and rescue dog Clifford, along with cooking, exploring apothecary and alchemy, paddleboarding, watching hockey, and traveling whenever possible.

Along with that, I also volunteer at Kaiser Permanente, making sure patients are welcomed and guided upon entering for their appointments. In my free time, I enjoy baking and spending time with my family and my fiancé. At D’vida, my goal is to make sure everyone feels comfortable and knows that I am always willing to help where I can.
